Keeping Fitness Personal
Small groups meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings: currently at 730am and 830am.

We are looking to add at 930am group so message me to get on the waiting list!

Evening groups are Mondays and Thursdays at 530pm or Mondays and Wednesdays at 630pm.  

Our groups are limited to 4-6 people so contact me ASAP if you want a spot.  Some groups are full with a waiting list!
