So, I decided to take a flying leap into the 21st century and start a blog.  I know some of you hear enough of my random thoughts and tips.  But I want to start putting it down there for others to see, and for us to refer back to when needed.  

It's kind of scary for me - what if I'm wrong?!?!  I'll do everything in my power to keep you up to date on the latest in nutrition and exercise science.  I'll give thoughtful, evidence based advice.  And I'll likely make mistakes - but I promise to call myself out and let you know as soon as I discover it!  Fear has never stopped me before - so I'm diving in!

I'd love to hear what YOU want to learn about.  So feel free to comment or even private message me if you have nagging questions or need some feedback.  I'll post at least once a week.
